Well I woke up this morning to the news that my Gmail account sent out a nice, healthy, does of spam to all of my contacts. Not only that but it also deleted all of my contacts so now I have to start from scratch and try to remember the 600+ emails I’ve saved over the last 6 years.

So anyways if you got an email from me this morning about buying a Mac or something like that, I’m really sorry and I hope that changing my password and taking just about every other security measure on Gmail will prevent this from happening again.

I’m not sure how it got hacked, but I have a feeling it was during my trip south when I was in numerous coffee shops surfing unsecured Wifi. Hopefully it won’t happen again, and I’m glad that my friends have found the time to help aid my misfortune with texts like “thanks for the spam bro” and “you’re and idot.”

Now enough with that.

Some may have noticed I wasn’t on the results page for provincial mountain bike, and the reason for that is a mild chest cold that made even changing tires a workout.  I wasn’t really down with forking out $60 to the Chico Fund just to ride around in the bottom ten so after consulting with the CFO (dad), CEO (coach), and the MD (mom), it was decided that I should just pull the plug on what was simply a ‘B’ race.  Obviously being a DNS puts me right on the bottom of the Hardness Scale, but I hope that once I see the doc the afternoon and get cleared up I’ll be able to move up a few spots.
